Description

Manufacturing Introduction : 

1.Secondary Annealing:
All castings undergo secondary annealing with precisely controlled heating, soaking, and cooling processes to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term accuracy, vibration resistance, and thermal stability.




2.Natural Aging:
All castings are naturally aged for several months to adapt to environmental variations and fully release residual stresses, ensuring long-term stability.



3.Machining Facility:
The workshop is equipped with over ten mother machinesfrom Japanese and Taiwanese brands. Precision machining of castings is carried out on OKUMA

       


4.Accuracy Assurance:
All machined castings are inspected using ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Only qualified components proceed to assembly.
